The top hat is decorated with a hatband and skull. The hatband itself is made of the same red fabric as the vest. The decoration from the hat may differ from the product image. The top hat consists of three parts and must be assembled. This is done very easily with a few simple steps using various sewn-on Velcro straps. Detailed instructions with step-by-step pictures are included. Advantage: You can easily store the top hat flat again after Halloween or carnival.

The skull half mask made of soft vinyl is also included. The mask covers the face up to above the lips. A real advantage. Because you can eat and drink without having to remove the mask.
