The green party hat is decorated with sequins and glitters and sparkles. It is also equipped with multifunctional LED lights so that it lights up at the touch of a button. There are three levels to choose from. Fast flashing, slow flashing, soft color change. Batteries are included.Please note that the batteries are not replaceable. The hat looks great even without the LED lighting and sparkles in the party light thanks to the sewn-on sequins. Unlike the picture, the LED lights are arranged all around the hatband.
