You can insert the "Happy Birthday" foil balloon between flowers or other balloons. The wonderful thing is that you don't need helium, because the foil balloon keeps its shape and in combination with other elements, such as the decorative ring, it has enough support. The lettering has an extra hanger attached to some of the letters, through which you can thread a string. A string and a tube for easy inflation are included.
