The minimum order value for cash on delivery is 29.99 euros. The goods will be dispatched as quickly as possible. Please ensure that an authorised person can accept the parcel and hand over the payment amount to the deliverer. Alternatively, your parcel will be left at DHL for collection. You will then have a collection card in your mailbox. You can also check the parcel status to see where your parcel has been left. You will receive a parcel number from us by email.

If you refuse to accept the package or do not pick it up, you will still be charged 15 euros for cash on delivery and return shipping. We pack the goods, send them to the shipping company, and DHL sends the goods back.
