The skin should be clean, dry and free of hair or wounds. Carefully cut out the desired tattoo with scissors and remove the protective film. Press the decal onto the skin with the tattoo side down. Thoroughly moisten the reverse side with a sponge or cloth. After 10 to 20 seconds, carefully peel off the back.
To remove, lightly soak and rub the tattoo with a cotton pad and baby oil.
