We deliver via DHL. The delivery time within Germany is approximately 1-3 days, depending on the distance.
We will inform you about the status of your package by email. You can track your shipment after the goods have been dispatched.
If you order by 3 p.m. and have completed payment (Paypal, credit card, Amazon or instant bank transfer), delivery will take place within Germany in 1-3 working days (Saturday delivery for an additional charge, delivery 1-2 days). Different times apply during the carnival season.)

If the package is too large, it will be delivered to a post office. You will then receive a collection card in your mailbox with information about where you can collect the package. If you refuse to accept the package or do not pick it up, you will still be charged 15 euros for cash on delivery and return shipping. We pack the goods, send them to the shipping company, and DHL sends the goods back.
