We deliver via DHL. The delivery time within Germany is approximately 1-3 days, depending on the distance.
We will inform you about the status of your package by email. You can track your shipment after the goods have been dispatched.
If you order by 3 p.m. and have completed payment (Paypal, credit card, Amazon or instant bank transfer), delivery will take place within Germany in 1-3 working days (Saturday delivery for an additional charge, delivery 1-2 days). Different times apply during the carnival season.)
Please check the address carefully. If you are not at home, please put a note on the doorbell with information about where the delivery person can leave the package.
There is no automatic second delivery. If you are not at home, you will find a notification card in your mailbox with information about where to go to arrange a second delivery. However, this can usually only take place the following day. Please track the shipment status. You will receive an email from us as soon as we have dispatched the goods.
Express costs: 14.99 euros up to 3 kg volume weight.
Delivery on Saturday: 26.99 euros up to 3 kg volume weight
Package number for shipment tracking comes via email.
No shipping on Saturdays, i.e. if you order on the weekend, the goods will not be shipped until Monday and delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.
If you are a customer of a DHL Packstation and have a DHL customer card, we will be happy to send the goods to the DHL Packstation you specify. You will be informed by email as soon as we have dispatched the goods. DHL will inform you as soon as the package has arrived at the Packstation.
Express deliveries can also be made to a packing station.
If the package is too large, it will be delivered to a post office. You will then receive a collection card in your mailbox with information about where you can collect the package. Alternatively, you can check the shipping email we sent you to see which post office has your package ready for collection.

Prepayment:
Payable within seven days. The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. You will receive the bank details and all necessary information in the order confirmation, which you will automatically receive by email immediately after placing your order. So that we can allocate your payment, please state your Internet order number in the purpose of the transfer.
Please always pay the amount shown on the order confirmation. For payments from abroad, please tick "no fee sharing" otherwise we will not receive the full payment amount.
Instant bank transfer:
Free and fast payment option - goods are shipped immediately. This payment method only works in conjunction with online banking (PIN/TAN) and sufficient account funds. (The Sofortüberweisung service is free for you as the buyer. This may apply to any transfer fees charged by your bank). You can make an online transfer immediately when completing your order, without having to go to your bank's website and without having to enter any details about your order.
Cash on delivery: (Domestic only)
The minimum order value for cash on delivery is 29.99 euros. The goods will be dispatched as quickly as possible. Please ensure that an authorised person can accept the parcel and hand over the payment amount to the deliverer. Alternatively, your parcel will be left at DHL for collection. You will then have a collection card in your mailbox. You can also check the parcel status to see where your parcel has been left. You will receive a parcel number from us by email.
If you refuse to accept the package or do not pick it up, you will still be charged 15 euros for cash on delivery and return shipping. We pack the goods, send them to the shipping company, and DHL sends the goods back. There are costs involved here, which we will pass on if the goods are not picked up or if you are unable to pay the amount.
Cash on pickup:
You can also pick up goods directly from us in Freiberg. Please place an order for collection in our shop in advance. You will receive an email as soon as the goods are ready for collection.
