The Mandalorian Pre Vizsla was leader of the terror group Death Watch druing the Clone Wars, but officially he was governor of the moon Concordia. He joined the Seperatists to bring down Mandalore's duchess Stine Kryze. But the Republic's senate voted against sending troops to Mandalore which had brought sympathy for Death Watch and so Vizsla's plans of invasion failed.
