A cylinder hat always fits.The cylinder hat is designed from black sturdy felt fabric. A satin hatband adorns it. The outer edge of the hat brim is neatly sewn around. The black top hat fits ideally with a head circumference of about 52-54 cm, thus for children and teens. If the hat is too big, you can simply glue some foam on the sides to make it tighter.
