The power of the universe at my hands! The Dark Wizard is a 2 layered costume with belt. The inner layer is a robe with flared sleeves. The outer layer is a cloak with attached hood made of a distressed black fabric with studded foam trim. The belt piece comes with an attached dragon emblem.
