Return Information

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing products from our range. Would you like to return or exchange goods? For inspection purposes we have sent the invoice as a PDF together with the shipping confirmation email. No paper invoice is enclosed with the goods.

To ensure fast processing, please observe the following points:

We check all our products for defects and completeness before shipping. Returned items will, of course, be unpacked and carefully inspected before they can be resold.

When returning items, please do not remove or damage labels Do not damage labels This ensures that the costumes have not been worn.
Please do not discard the product image; return it to us. Product picture box For replacement of a picture box we charge a €5 handling fee.
Your return will be processed without delay if it
  • was made within 14 days
  • is unused (including accessories)
  • still has labels attached
  • arrives undamaged and without soiling
  • is complete
  • the return form is filled out
Hygiene items such as makeup, stockings, underwear and inflatable parts can only be returned unopened.
Please note when returning goods
Avoid make-up and deodorant traces when trying on items and avoid contamination by pet hair, cigarette smoke or perfume to prevent a reduction in value.

Pack your return - it is easy

Step 1Please print the return form after registering the return and include it with the goods.
Step 2Please pack the goods back into their product packaging with the picture box (if supplied). Use a smaller shipping box if necessary and available.
Step 3Remove or cover all old shipping labels.
The cost of the return shipment is borne by the buyer; see Terms and Conditions
Step 4Take it to DHL/Post or any other affordable shipper.
Please send the parcel prepaid, do not send freight collect.
