Ani-Motion masks for horror costumes
From zombies and pumpkin heads to devils and scarecrows, to trolls, gorillas and werewolves, you will find several Ani-Motion masks in our costume palace shop. With such a moving mask, you can bring your chosen costume to life. Especially at Halloween, it can be pure horror when the scary devil, the decayed zombie or the oversized troll head suddenly starts talking. In the following paragraphs, we will describe how such a moving Ani-Motion mask works and how you can best use it.
Attaching a movable mask
When calculating the time it takes to put on the costume, please take into account that an Ani-Motion mask cannot be put on just for a short time. It requires a few adjustments. But once it is in place, it is perfect for a horror party on Halloween, for cosplay or fantasy events with scary-realistic costumes. The mask with a movable jaw will have the best effect if you proceed as follows:
- Apply black make-up around the eyes so that the face visually “merges” with the mask
- Attach the mask to your head with Velcro (included) and secure it firmly in place
- Attach the movable mouth and jaw parts individually to optimally translate the mouth movements

Matching accessories for the Ani-Motion mask
In our costume palace shop you can of course not only buy moving masks, but also order the right costumes and accessories. In addition to black make-up for the face, which is supposed to disappear behind the Ani-Motion masks, you will also find a black robe for the devil, pumpkin man and gargoyle in our range. Safety at Halloween, fantasy and cosplay events
Cosplayers may know this better, so we want to point it out again for all Halloween fans who are interested in animated masks: You can't really eat or drink anything while wearing the Ani-Motion masks. So if you plan to wear the costume for a longer period of time, maybe even several hours, then it's best to incorporate a hydration pack into the costume, with a tube that leads discreetly to the mouth. This at least makes it possible to drink in the Ani-Motion mask. Costumes that you can adapt accordingly can of course be found in our online shop.

We deliver via DHL. The delivery time within Germany is approximately 1-3 days, depending on the distance.
We will inform you about the status of your package by email. You can track your shipment after the goods have been dispatched.
If you order by 3 p.m. and have completed payment (Paypal, credit card, Amazon or instant bank transfer), delivery will take place within Germany in 1-3 working days (Saturday delivery for an additional charge, delivery 1-2 days). Different times apply during the carnival season.)
Please check the address carefully. If you are not at home, please put a note on the doorbell with information about where the delivery person can leave the package.
There is no automatic second delivery. If you are not at home, you will find a notification card in your mailbox with information about where to go to arrange a second delivery. However, this can usually only take place the following day. Please track the shipment status. You will receive an email from us as soon as we have dispatched the goods.
Express costs: 14.99 euros up to 3 kg volume weight.
Delivery on Saturday: 26.99 euros up to 3 kg volume weight
Package number for shipment tracking comes via email.
No shipping on Saturdays, i.e. if you order on the weekend, the goods will not be shipped until Monday and delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.
If you are a customer of a DHL Packstation and have a DHL customer card, we will be happy to send the goods to the DHL Packstation you specify. You will be informed by email as soon as we have dispatched the goods. DHL will inform you as soon as the package has arrived at the Packstation.
Express deliveries can also be made to a packing station.
If the package is too large, it will be delivered to a post office. You will then receive a collection card in your mailbox with information about where you can collect the package. Alternatively, you can check the shipping email we sent you to see which post office has your package ready for collection.

Prepayment:
Payable within seven days. The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. You will receive the bank details and all necessary information in the order confirmation, which you will automatically receive by email immediately after placing your order. So that we can allocate your payment, please state your Internet order number in the purpose of the transfer.
Please always pay the amount shown on the order confirmation. For payments from abroad, please tick "no fee sharing" otherwise we will not receive the full payment amount.
Instant bank transfer:
Free and fast payment option - goods are shipped immediately. This payment method only works in conjunction with online banking (PIN/TAN) and sufficient account funds. (The Sofortüberweisung service is free for you as the buyer. This may apply to any transfer fees charged by your bank). You can make an online transfer immediately when completing your order, without having to go to your bank's website and without having to enter any details about your order.
Cash on delivery: (Domestic only)
The minimum order value for cash on delivery is 29.99 euros. The goods will be dispatched as quickly as possible. Please ensure that an authorised person can accept the parcel and hand over the payment amount to the deliverer. Alternatively, your parcel will be left at DHL for collection. You will then have a collection card in your mailbox. You can also check the parcel status to see where your parcel has been left. You will receive a parcel number from us by email.
If you refuse to accept the package or do not pick it up, you will still be charged 15 euros for cash on delivery and return shipping. We pack the goods, send them to the shipping company, and DHL sends the goods back. There are costs involved here, which we will pass on if the goods are not picked up or if you are unable to pay the amount.
Cash on pickup:
You can also pick up goods directly from us in Freiberg. Please place an order for collection in our shop in advance. You will receive an email as soon as the goods are ready for collection.
