We deliver via DHL. The delivery time within Germany is approximately 1-3 days, depending on the distance.

There is no automatic second delivery. If you are not at home, you will find a notification card in your mailbox with information about where to go to arrange a second delivery. If the package is too large, it will be delivered to a post office. You will then receive a collection card in your mailbox with information about where you can collect the package. If you refuse to accept the package or do not pick it up, you will still be charged 15 euros for cash on delivery and return shipping. We pack the goods, send them to the shipping company, and DHL sends the goods back.
