Matching the tailcoat, of course, a cylinder hat should not be missing.The black top hat has a satin bow as a hatband and is sturdily made. It has a height of about 11.5 cm. The surface is shiny and makes this cheap top hat even more valuable. There are different sizes in head circumference.
