For beautiful fullness, the costume is lightly padded and stitched. Inside the costume is lined with smooth fabric. An elastic band is sewn in at the bottom hem to enhance the balloon shape. The beautiful leaf collar is in green. There is a Velcro closure at the back of the neck so you can comfortably put the costume on over your head. The headband is also covered with fabric and decorated with a pumpkin.
