The black pants have a comfortable stretchy elastic waistband. The fabric of the jacket and pants is not stretchy. Please note the dimensions. The belt made of black faux leather with the large gold metal buckle is also included.

You can order a black top hat separately. We have several in our assortment. The pictured shoes are not included.
