Payable within seven days. The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. You will receive the bank details and all necessary information in the order confirmation, which you will automatically receive by email immediately after placing your order. (The Sofortüberweisung service is free for you as the buyer. This may apply to any transfer fees charged by your bank). You can make an online transfer immediately when completing your order, without having to go to your bank's website and without having to enter any details about your order.

Cash on delivery: (Domestic only)

The minimum order value for cash on delivery is 29.99 euros. The goods will be dispatched as quickly as possible. Please ensure that an authorised person can accept the parcel and hand over the payment amount to the deliverer. Alternatively, your parcel will be left at DHL for collection. You will then have a collection card in your mailbox. You can also check the parcel status to see where your parcel has been left. You will receive a parcel number from us by email.

If you refuse to accept the package or do not pick it up, you will still be charged 15 euros for cash on delivery and return shipping. We pack the goods, send them to the shipping company, and DHL sends the goods back. There are costs involved here, which we will pass on if the goods are not picked up or if you are unable to pay the amount.
