We ship with DHL. The delivery time is 1-3 days withing Germany.
The shipping costs for standard delivery within Germany are 4,99 Euro.
We will inform you via e-mail about the status of your package. You can track your delivery after we sent it.
If you order until 15:00 the shipment arrives the next day.
Please check the address carefully. If you're not at home please attach a note on your bell so the postman knows where to deliver the shipment.
Express costs: 12 Euro.
You will get the tracking id via e-mail.
No delivery on Saturday. Shipment will leave warehouse on Monday, delivery on Tuesday.
If you are client of a DHL packstation with a DHL client card, we can send to a DHL packstation. You will get an e-mail as soon as we send out the delivery. DHL will inform you as soon as the package arrives at the packstation.
Express delivery can also be send to a packstation.
If the package is too big for the packstation the package will be delivered to a post room. You can pick up the package there.
